I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the food was outstanding, and the breakfast selection was great. The pool area was bigger than I expected and very clean. It was the perfect way to relax after a long hike in the hills. Spent xmas in a decent hotel close to the forest, with a good breakfast buffet and friendly staff at breakfast. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel also had a great pool area and sauna, which was pretty cool.
Despite the hotel being rated four stars, some basic amenities were missing: no fridge, mini safe, vanity kit, and info booklet about the hotel/area were available. the parking ticket given before the stay did not work and the TV remote was not functional.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The comfortable bed and clean rooms were the best aspects. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the staff was very friendly. We loved the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lakes. The outdoor activities and walking trails were a great advantage.
The location was a bit far from the town center and it took us longer than we expected to reach the city. We wished that there were more English-speaking staff available.
